It's not even about insurance, really. It's about moving toward the way things ought to be.

We all know things in this world are not the way they ought to be. We can see it. We can hear it. We can feel it.

I can't single handedly fix that, but my aim is to take the health insurance knowledge I have and use it to increase the net amount of shalom in the world. That's the reason this endeavor has any chance at making an impact. Health Insurance just happens to be the backdrop.

I've been a licensed insurance agent since 2015, shortly after the Affordable Care Act (ACA) was implemented across the country. Over that time I've helped many hundreds of individuals and families navigate the ACA. I've also helped over a thousand people traverse the Medicare landscape starting with the initial foray when leaving employer benefits or ACA coverage, as well as the year-to-year dance.

Over that span I discovered the most rewarding part of this work has been guiding people to an "aha moment". Helping them feel empowered to make a confident decision regarding their health insurance. I accomplished that by educating, but for most people, health insurance is a nuanced and overwhelming because, well…it's nuanced and overwhelming! In order to educate I simplify, eliminate the overwhelm, and cut through the mystery. Through that process I am able to offer a new perspective and deliver meaningful, actionable knowledge, empowering my clients.

As for the important stuff, I have been married to my beautiful bride, Ambyre, for 22 years and we have 4 amazing kids together (2 boys & 2 girls). We also have one Frenchton (French Bulldog/Boston Terrier mix) who behaves as much like a cat as he does a dog. In short; he has no manners and does what he wants. I've always enjoyed playing sports and other various athletic activities. I'll watch college football over the NFL every time, even in this weird messed up era of NIL and transfer portals. My perfect Sunday will always include a nap if I can swing it. My favorite passed-time is breaking bread with my family and friends.
